Sheldon, we agree: BT is additive. Throughput and processing integrity, for example, remain key considerations, most closely aligned with the IT agenda. BT adds new key considerations, like customer experience. Technology management in the age of the customer must navigate new, increasingly tricky, trade-offs to realize great customer experience AND trustworthy operations.
